Bacon and Spinach Quiche

- 6 pieces egg beaten
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cups spinach chopped
- 10 strips bacon
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

- Combine beaten eggs, heavy whipping cream, salt, and ground pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Alternately arrange spinach, bacon, and cheese in the pastry dough.
- Pour the egg and whipping cream mixture on the pastry dough (over the spinach, bacon, and cheese).
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Put the pastry dough in the oven. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, and then slice.
