Baked Garlic Parmesan French Fries

- 3 pieces baking potato cleaned and sliced into strips
- 3 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 tablespoons dried parsley
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Instructions

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, 1/2 teaspoon salt, garlic powder, and olive oil. Gently mix all the ingredients.
- Arrange the potatoes on a baking tray. Place in the oven and bake for 35 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Put the fries back into the bowl. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese, parsley, and remaining salt. Toss to coat.
- Arrange on the same baking tray and bake for another 8 to 12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven. Transfer to a serving plate.
