- 2 cups hickory and brown sugar bbq sauce
- 4 cups frozen mixed vegetable
- 3 tablespoons butter

- Season the pork chop with salt and pepper.
- Coat the pork chops with barbecue sauce. Let it stay for 3 hours.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan.
- Add the mixed vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes.
