  • 3 cloves garlic crushed and chopped
  • 1 pieces onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup liver spread
  • 1 pieces red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 pieces green bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cups potato sliced
  • 2 cups carrot sliced
  • 2/3 cup green olive
  • 3 pieces dried bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon chili flake
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

  1. Combine the beef and soy sauce in a bowl. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a large pot or pressure cooker. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Add the marinated beef. Cook while stirring for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the meat turns light brown on all sides.
  4. Pour in the tomato sauce and beef broth. Add the dried bay leaves. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat. Cover and cook until the beef becomes tender.
  5. Add the carrots, potatoes, and green olives. Stir to combine.
  6. Add the liver spread and chili flakes. Continue cooking for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
  7. Add the red and green bell peppers. Cook for about 3 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot with steamed white rice.
