Chicken Bicol Express

Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless chicken breast sliced
- 1 piece knorr chicken cube
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 pieces long green pepper sliced
- 5 pieces thai chili pepper chopped
- 1 thumb ginger minced
- 1 tablespoon bagoong alamang
- 1 piece onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions

- Heat oil in a cooking pot. Saute garlic, onion, and ginger.
- Once the onion softens, add chicken and chili peppers. Stir and cook until chicken turns light brown.
- Pour-in coconut milk. Let boil.
- Add Knorr Chicken Cube. Continue to cook between low to medium heat until the coconut milk reduces to half.
- Add bagoong alamang and long green peppers. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve!
