  • 1 lb long green bean sliced diagonally
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 plum tomato diced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan.
  2. Saute the onion, garlic, and tomato.
  3. Add the ground pork when the tomato becomes soft. Continue to saute until the pork turns light to medium brown. Make sure that the pork is fully cooked.
  4. Add the fish sauce and ground black pepper. Stir.
  5. Put-in the sliced beans. Toss and continue to saute for 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve.
