- 1 lb long green bean sliced diagonally
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 plum tomato diced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions

- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Saute the onion, garlic, and tomato.
- Add the ground pork when the tomato becomes soft. Continue to saute until the pork turns light to medium brown. Make sure that the pork is fully cooked.
- Add the fish sauce and ground black pepper. Stir.
- Put-in the sliced beans. Toss and continue to saute for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving plate. Serve.
