Sauteed Winged Bean with Pork

- 8 ounces winged bean sliced
- 2 ounces pork sliced into thin pieces
- 1 piece tomato cubed
- 1 piece onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- fish sauce
Instructions

- Heat oil in a pan.
- Sauté garlic, onion and tomato.
- Add pork once the onion and tomato soften. Continue cooking until the color of the pork turns light brown.
- Pour water into the pan. Cover and continue cooking until the water completely evaporates.
- Add winged beans. Saute for 3 minutes.
- Season with fish sauce and ground black pepper.
- Serve hot with warm rice. Share and enjoy!
