Ginisang Sitaw

  • 2 pieces tomato diced
  • 6 oz ground pork
  • 1 pieces onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • fish sauce
  • ground black pepper
  • water

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Saute the chopped garlic and onion until the onion softens.
  3. Add the ground pork to the pan and cook until it turns medium brown.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add the string beans and saute for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Cook until the string beans become tender.
  7. Season with fish sauce and ground black pepper.
  8. Transfer to a serving plate.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
