Ingredients

Measured from the catalog payload.

  • 500 grams cdo holiday ham sliced
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumb
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon granulated white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons banana ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Instructions

5 cooking steps

  1. Heat cooking oil in a pan.
  2. Dredge a slice of CDO Holiday Ham in flour, then dip it in beaten egg. Make sure that all the sides are completely coated before dredging the ham into the breadcrumbs. Note: you should press the breadcrumbs gently so that it holds better.
  3. Deep-fry your ham katsu until the bottom side turns golden brown. Flip it over and do the same step. Remove from the pan and let it cool down.
  4. Meanwhile, make the sauce by combining all the tonkatsu sauce ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Arrange the ham katsu with garnish on a serving plate. Serve with homemade tonkatsu sauce. Share and enjoy!
