Ingredients

Measured from the catalog payload.

  • 500 grams cdo holiday ham sliced
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumb
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon granulated white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons banana ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Instructions

5 cooking steps

  1. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Dredge a slice of CDO Holiday Ham in flour, then dip it in beaten egg. Ensure all sides are completely coated before dredging into breadcrumbs, pressing gently so they adhere better.
  3. Deep-fry the ham katsu until the bottom turns golden brown, then flip and fry the other side until crispy. Remove from the pan and let cool on a wire rack.
  4. Meanwhile, make the sauce by combining all the tonkatsu sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
  5. Arrange the ham katsu on a serving plate. Serve with homemade tonkatsu sauce. Share and enjoy!
