  • 3 pieces ampalaya cleaned and sliced thinly
  • 3 egg beaten
  • 2 pieces tomato diced
  • 2 pieces onion sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 grams maggi magic sarap
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced ampalaya in a large bowl and set it aside.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Saute the garlic, onion, and tomato until the onion softens and the tomato starts to break down.
  4. Add the ampalaya. Saute for 1 1/2 minutes.
  5. Season with ground black pepper.
  6. Pour in the beaten eggs. Let them sit for 20 seconds before stirring. Continue cooking for 1 minute.
  7. Season with Maggi Magic Sarap. Stir until well blended.
  8. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve with rice. Share and enjoy!
