  • 2 lbs tilapia sliced into serving pieces
  • 3 pieces tomato wedged
  • 1 piece onion sliced
  • 3 pieces long green pepper
  • 3 ginger crushed
  • 1 sweet potato leaf
  • 1/4 cup calamansi juice
  • 1 quart water
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Pour the water in a cooking pot. Let it boil.
  2. Add tomatoes, onion, ginger, and long green peppers. Simmer for 3 mimutes.
  3. Add the tilapia. Continue to simmer for 7 to 10 minutes.
  4. Pour the calamansi juice. Stir.
  5. Season with salt.
  6. Add the sweet potato leaves. Continue cooking for 1 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a serving bowl. Share and enjoy!
