  • 10 oz chicken breast
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb bow tie pasta
  • 250 ml nestle all purpose cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 piece onion minced
  • 1/4 tsp chili flake
  • 1 cup cherry tomato
  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomato
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

6 cooking steps

  1. Season the chicken by mixing a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. Rub the mixture on the chicken breast until evenly coated.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sprinkle paprika, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder into the oil to bloom briefly. Sear the chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a board and rest, then slice.
  3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bow tie pasta until tender. Reserve one cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and onion, cooking until soft and fragrant. Stir in tomato paste and cook until the color deepens.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer. Add chili flakes, cherry tomatoes, and sun dried tomatoes. Reduce the heat and stir in Nestle All Purpose Cream. Add parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, and dried oregano. Stir gently until smooth and creamy.
  6. Return the sliced chicken to the pan and add the cooked pasta. Toss to coat. If needed, loosen the sauce with a splash of reserved pasta water. Serve warm with extra parmesan on top.
