- 3 pieces pork chop
- 10 pieces okra
- 8 pieces snake bean cut into 2 inch pieces
- 3 tomato wedged
- 1 spinach
- 2 chinese eggplant sliced
- 3 pieces long green pepper
- 6 cups water
- 1 40 g sinigang mix
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
Instructions

- Bring water to a boil in a pot.
- Add tomato and onion. Boil for 3 minutes.
- Put the pork chops in and then cover the pot. Continue to cook in medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Add the sinigang mix. Stir.
- Put the okra, eggplant, long green peppers, and snake beans into the cooking pot. Cover and continue to cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Pour fish sauce. Stir. Add the spinach and cover the pot. Turn off the heat and let it stay covered for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve with white rice.
