  • 1 cup panko bread crumb
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 15 oz diced tomato

Instructions

12 cooking steps

  1. Rub salt and pepper on the pork loin chops. Let it stay for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  3. Dredge pork loin in flour and then dip in beaten egg. Dredge in Panko breadcrumbs. Make sure that the pork is properly coated.
  4. Fry each side for 3 minutes. Set aside.
  5. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. Arrange the fried pork loin in a greased baking tray. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
