- 3 bunches pechay
- 2 egg beaten
- 2 tomato
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 onion minced
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- fish sauce
- ground black pepper
Instructions

- Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic, onion, and tomatoes.
- Add the pechay. Sauté for 20 seconds and then pour water. Let it boil.
- Gently pour the beaten egg around the pan. Stir and continue cooking until the eggs start to solidify.
- Season with fish sauce and ground black pepper. Serve with rice.
