- 1 1/2 lbs napa cabbage chopped
- 3/4 lb ground pork
- 15 oz tomato diced
- 1 yellow onion sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions

- Heat oil in a pan
- Once the oil is hot, sauté the garlic and onion
- Add the diced tomatoes. Stir and cook until the liquid evaporates
- Put-in the ground pork. Cook for 8 to 12 minutes.
- Add the cabbage. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving plate.
