  • 2 pieces tomato cubed
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Arrange sliced okra in a bowl. Add vinegar. Toss until coated.
  2. Heat a pan or a skillet. Pour cooking oil.
  3. Add okra when the oil is hot. Sear one side for 30 seconds. Stir and continue to cook the opposite side for another 30 seconds.
  4. Add tomatoes. Stir and cook for 5 to 7 minutes in medium heat while stirring every minute.
  5. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve.
