  • 2 lbs tuna jaw
  • 2 cups string bean cut in 2 inches length
  • 2 pieces eggplant sliced
  • 8 pieces okra cleaned
  • 1 water spinach chopped
  • 4 pieces tomato halved
  • 1 piece onion wedged
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 44 grams sinigang mix
  • 8 cups water
  • 4 pieces long green chili pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a cooking pot and pour-in the water. Bring to a boil.
  2. Put-in the onions and tomatoes and cook until tender.
  3. Put-in the tuna jaw and simmer for 15 minutes
  4. Add the sinigang mix, chilies, and eggplant.Simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Put-in the okra and string beans and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Mix-in the water spinach. Season with fish sauce. Turn the heat off, cover the pot, and allow residual heat to completely cook the water spinach.
  7. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot.
