  • 2 lbs lean pork chop
  • 1 10 oz beef consomme
  • 1 cup sliced fresh shiitake mushroom
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Arrange onion at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Layer the pork chops on top of the onion.
  3. Add the mushrooms, garlic powder, sugar, a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. Pour-in the beef consomme.
  4. Set your slow cooker to low and cook the pork chops for 7 hours.
  5. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve.
