  • 4 cups leftover white rice
  • 3/4 to 1 cup tinapa flake
  • 2 pieces alter duck egg sliced
  • 2 plum tomato cubed
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 6 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 to 5 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Combine salt and leftover rice. Toss to mix well. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan. Add the garlic and cook until light brown. Add the tinapa flakes. Cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Slowly add the rice. Stir fry for 2 to 5 minutes or until all the ingredients are well blended.
  4. Add the ground black pepper and chopped green onions. Toss and stir fry for another 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer to serving plate. Top with sliced salted eggs and cubed tomatoes.
  6. Serve. Share and enjoy!
